AGENTYX is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.
2. What data we collect and why
Contact and inquiry forms
When you submit a form on our website (business inquiry, coaching booking, or contact form), we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Company name (if provided)
- Your message and any details about your inquiry
- Selected service or product of interest
Purpose: To respond to your inquiry and take pre-contractual steps at your request.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the data subject. Where this does not apply, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - our legitimate interest in responding to business communications.
Website usage data
This website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics tools. If analytics are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be informed before any personal data is collected.
3. How long we keep your data

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to any other third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), primarily in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission under GDPR Article 46.
6. Cookies
